Appears to be one tank fight. The only trick appears to be that he summons 2-3 Frozen Orbs, which are no aggro adds that spiral around shooting frostbolts at everyone. So, kill those. Kill him. Loot boss.

Reading up its a 2 tank fight with aggro switch due to a stacking debuff called "Frostbite" caused by his buff "Frozen Mallet".he summons 1 frozen orb(3 in 25man) in about every 30sec that 1st show as a blue circle before it (they) actually spawns. the orbs do dmg to all target within 8yards radius.

last thing he does is put stacking debuff called "Whiteout" to raid every 45sec
each stack of "Whiteout" increase frost dmg taken by 20% that works as soft enrage timer
